Is Global Warming a Hoax? A ManMade Problem? or a Cyclical Climatic Change?

I thought I would relaunch our new Alternative Energy Social Bookmarking service with a Controversial Poll question.

You can’t turn on the TV, read a magazine, visit a News Site, or talk to a friend without the subject of Global Warming coming up. It’s definitely the Hottest Topic these days.

But what do people really believe?

• Certainly the World has undergone many Global Warmings and Coolings..
• And certainly man can impact the environment in different ways.
• And certainly Solar Cycles must have some impact on the Earth’s temperature.

But seeing as Global Cooling was the preeminent theory 30 years ago, why should we believe in Global Warming today?

And often cited Global Warming warning is about the melting snow on top of Mount Kilimanjaro. But in the 1930’s (another global warming period), a large percentage of snow disappeared from Kilimanjaro as well. And certainly the clear cutting of trees at Kilimanjaro’s base is a major contributor to the snow melt.
